| 摘 要： | 1986——1989年,我们研究了基因型对小麦花药培养的影响,结果表明:花培诱导率受核内或核外多基因影响;用高山愈率的材料作为杂交亲本获得高的出愈率,并且有一定的杂种优势和超亲现象;母本对杂交F_1代出愈率的影响强于父本;通过花培方法获得的材料在花培中显出高的出愈率。

| Abstract: | From 1986-1989,we made a research on effect of genotype on the wheat anther culture.Here are the results.The induction frequency is determined by polygene both in or out of the nuclear;Materials withproduce high induction frequency cross with each other will produce high induction frequency,show trc-mendous heterosis or super-parents phenomenon;Using high inductive parent as maternal parent,the in-duction frequency of F_1 will be higher than using it as faternal parent;Variety bred with the method of an-ther culture shows high induction frequency. |
