中长跑运动员的力量训练分析

摘    要:专项速度与耐力的快速提高,已成为当今提高中长跑运动成绩的关键.人们已逐渐加深专项力量训练对提高中长跑运动能力的认识.本文概述了力量产生的生理学、中长跑运动员专项力量训练与运动员心血管耐力、速度、技术水平、肌肉耐力和柔韧性的关系,以及中长跑运动员的力量训练与年龄、性别和发育水平的关系.

Abstract:Relatively rapid improvement of specific velocity and velocity endurance has now been the key to the improved performance of middle and long running athletes.People are now gradually recognizing further more the relation between strength training and middle and long running athletes and velocity,cardiovascular endurance of athletes performance technical level,muscle endurance and muscle flexibility;the relation between strength training of middle and long running athletes and age ,gender and developing level.A primary issue is given in this paper about the research direction of how to enhance the training effect on middle and long running athletes.
