| 摘 要： | 主体性体育是一种从本质上符合素质教育思想要求的体育新思想，它是指通过建构学生体育主体性的过程，提高学生的体育主体性使其成为体育主体的一种体育，进行主体性体育能从根本上改变体育课程实效差的问题，也是全面推进素质教育的必然要求，21世纪我国体育改革应重视主体性体育。

| Abstract: | Subject-consciousness of physical culture conforms, fundamentally , with the requirements of quality education philosophy.Through the process of establishing students' subject-consciousness, this awareness can be greatly strengthened and, eventually, will become the core of physical education. Subject-consciousness of physical education can improve the currently poor effect of the related courses, and as a result, satisfies the demand of over-all quality education. Physical education reforms of 21st century should aim at the establishment of subject-consciousness. |
