| 摘 要： | 对怀地黄试管苗的脱毒技术进行了研究.结果发现:以MS为基本培养基并附加适宜浓度细胞分裂素(6-BA0.5 mg.L-1或KT0.5 mg.L-1)时,茎尖成苗率最高(75%),出愈率较低(20%);切离的茎尖大小为0.2~0.5 mm时,既能保证较高的脱毒率又可保证较高的成苗率;两次切离茎尖并与热处理相结合,试管苗的脱毒率最高(96%~100%),建立了一种有效的怀地黄脱毒方法和技术.

| Abstract: | The technology of virus-free culture in Rehmannia glutinosa f.hueichingensis(Chan et Sehih) Hsiao has been studied.The results show that the highest plant regeneration rate is in 6-BA 0.5mg·L-1 and KT 0.5 mg·L-1,which could achieve 75% and the fequency of induced callus was 20%;Both the virus-free percentage and the plant regeneration rate are better when the size of shoot tip is 0.2~0.5 mm;With shoot tip culture twice and heat treatment the highest virus-free percentage of 96%~100% could be obtained. |
