茶多酚对小鼠小肠黏膜组织结构及5-羟色胺分泌的影响

摘    要:目的:研究茶多酚(TP)对小鼠小肠黏膜组织结构及5-羟色胺(5-HT)分泌的影响.方法:昆明种小鼠28只,随机均分为A,B,C,D组.A组为对照组,以蒸馏水灌胃,剂量为0.20 mL/d;B,C,D组以茶多酚灌胃,剂量分别为0.50、1.00、2.00 mg/d,连续灌胃30 d.于第31 d取小鼠血清放免测定5-HT含量;取小鼠小肠以甲醛固定后制作石蜡切片,H-E染色示肠黏膜组织结构变化,免疫组化染色示肠黏膜内5-HT分泌细胞数量变化.结果:与A组相比,B,C,D组小鼠血液5-HT含量较低,小肠绒毛疏松,肠腺萎缩,黏膜内5-HT分泌细胞数量明显较少.结论:连续服用TP对小鼠小肠黏膜组织结构和5-HT分泌均有抑制性影响.

Abstract:Objective The paper studies the effects of tea polyphenols(TP) on mucosa structures and 5-hydroxytryptamin(5-HT) secretion of small intestine in mouse.Methods Twenty-eight Kunming mice were classified randomly into four groups: A,B,C and D,every group had 7 mice.Group A was administered intragastrically with 0.20 ml/d deionized water for 30 days.Respectively,Group B,C and D were administered intragastrically with 0.50,1.00,2.00 mg/d TP for 30 days.On the 31st day,the research decided the 5-HT content of serum every mouse by radioimmunoassay,and dissected small intestine to fix with formalin,then made paraffin embedded section,detected histological structure of small intestine by H-E dyeing,counted 5-HT endocrine cells of unit area in small intestine by immunohistochemistry technology.The results were compared with Group A,significantly,the serum 5-HT content of Group B,C and D was low,alinement of intestine villus was loose,intestine gland was atrophic,quantity of 5-HT endocrine cells was less.Conclusion Results reveal that TP had an inhibiting effect on hyperblastosis and 5-HT secretion of small intestine in mouse.
