摘    要:中西方饮食文化差别很大,但随着全球化和跨文化交际的快速发展,世界各国的交流增多,各国的饮食文化开始慢慢融合.中西方饮食文化的融合成为中西方文化融合的一个缩影,同时,它也是中西方文化融合的先锋.每一个国家的文化都应吸取别国文化的精华,摒弃自己的糟粕,向完美、和谐的方向发展.

Abstract:The culture between China and the West is very different because of the long distance and history. However, with the progress of globalization and cross - cultural communication, the international communication becomes more frequent and different cultures start to fuse gradually. There is a saying in China "Food is the most important thing for people". The fusion of the Chinese food and the Western food is the one of the points or pioneer of the fusion between Chinese and Western culture. This article discusses the differ- ences between Chinese food and the Western food, then takes the fusion of these two foods as a guide and finally focuses on the fusion of Chinese and the Western culture. We should not treat this fusion with scare or block, but with the calm and peace. This fusion can make different cultures coexist better and more harmoniously.
