高校青年教师心理契约对青年教师培养的启发

高校青年教师心理契约是除了学校与青年教师之间签订的正式的书面契约之外，存在于青年教师内心的一种内隐的、非正式的、不断变化的对学校的期望。教师期望的满足程度直接影响着教师的工作积极性、工作效率、额外奉献大小以及教师对学校的忠诚度。因此高校要重视青年教师心理契约，了解其维度和影响因素，并根据心理契约的内容与特征制定青年教师培养方案，以便更好更快地实现培养目标，促进青年教师健康发展。

Review of the Survey and Research on Kaifeng Dialects

The survey and research on Kaifeng Dialects began from the early twentieth century, and has achieved fruitful results. Re- searches show that ancient Kaifeng dialects had lofty position in the history, and were an important source of the standard language. There are many differences which can not be overlooked between Mandarin and modern Kaifeng dialects. The study should include pho- netics, vocabulary and grammar, provide local characteristics as the single point of dialect research, conform to the general trend of the Chinese dialectology, and present detailed and scientific analysis in dialect research.
