延安精神产生于革命战争年代，发展和完善于改革开放的新时代。中共三代领导核心对延安精神的培育、发展、完善和弘扬作出了杰出的贡献。革命战争年代需要延安精神，和平建设时期仍然需要大力继承、发展和弘扬延安精神。
