| 摘 要： | 汉代是教化正式兴盛的时期，也是伦理与制度整合的重要历史时期。由汉代尊老、旌表、兴学、德治等非强制性的教化入手，可以探讨教化与伦理和制度之间的关系以及其如何作为中间环节实现伦理与制度的整合。

| Abstract: | Han Dynasty was an important historical period of flourishing civilizing,also the important historical period of conformity of ethics and system.Starting with moralized social members by non-compellent manners such as respecting the old,honoring filial piety,setting up schools,managing state affairs with ethics in Han Dynasty,this paper discusses the relationship between civilizing and ethics and system,and how it merges the conformity of ethics and system as intermediate links. |
