| 摘 要： | 培养实践能力强的高素质技能性人才是高职院校面临的重要任务。当前，高职学生实践能力培养中存在一些不容忽视的问题，主要有：高等职业教育服务于经济社会的理念还未有效深化；实践教学及实习环节薄弱；校园文化的作用未充分发挥，等等。为此，必须建立一支实践型教师队伍，加强实践教学环节建设，改革考核方式及评价体系，建立激励机制，加强校企合作，发挥第二课堂在大学生实践能力培养中的重要作用。总之，只有更新教育观念，采取各种有效措施，才能培养出适应国家经济建设和社会发展迫切需要的实践型人才。

| Abstract: | Cultivation of practical talents of high quality technical ability is an important task of higher vocational colleges. At present, there are still some problems that can not be ignored in cultivating the practical ability of vocational students. This article argues that only by renewing educational ideas, adopting various effective measures, can we train and cultivate practical talents of national economic construction and social development urgently needed. |
