Technological Overflowing Effect on Foreign Direct Investment by Transnational Corporations

FDI is an important source of capital accumulation with the fast development of transnational corporations all over the world.Depending on the advantages in information and technology,transnational corporations have profound influence on world economy and technological advancement.Most of the developing countries are hoping to realize technological transfer or technological diffusion,and to promote the development of economy and technology by attracting foreign direct investment.This article states the reasons,ways and factors that affect technological overflowing in theory,and gives some advices in the end.
