摘    要:随着高校后勤社会化改革的不断深入,后勤服务质量管理问题凸显出来。将ISO9001质量管理国际化标准引入高校后勤,把先进的管理理念应用到后勤管理服务中去,能够促进后勤社会化改革,使管理水平和服务质量不断提升。
