| 摘 要： | 研究了脉冲激光诱导液－固界面反应制备亚稳态材料的反应机理，认为在制备亚稳态化合物的过程中存在以下三个反应过程：（Ⅰ）脉冲激光与液－固界面作用产季大量的蒸发物；（Ⅱ）脉冲激光与蒸发物进上步作用产生等离子体；（Ⅲ）等离子体相互作用以及快速淬灭生成亚稳态材料。

| Abstract: | The mechanism of the preparation of metastable materials by pulsed-laser induced liquid-solid interface reaction is studied in this paper. During the preparation of metastable materials there exist three separate regimes:1)interaction of pulsed-laser beam with liquid-solid interface resulting in magnitude of materials evaporated;2)further interaction of laser beam with evaporated materials leading to the formation of plasma;3)synthesis of metastable materials after plasma reactive quenching at liquid-solid interface. |
