浅论国有企业的人本管理

摘    要:人本管理就是以人为中心的管理,管理的核心对象是人,管理的本质是激励,它要求企业依靠全体员工的智慧和力量,以人为主体实行全员经营。社会主义市场经济条件下的国有企业应积极实行人本管理,牢固树立职工的主人翁地位,坚持民主化管理,重视人本身素质的开发,建立各种激励机制,调动每位职工的积极性,全心全意依靠工人阶级办企业。

Abstract:Human-oriented management is the management which centres on human beings. The essence of this management lies in motivation. It requires enterprises depend on the wisdom and strength of all their staff and workers, putting human beings as its essential part in carrying out the all-personnel operations. The state-owned enterprises under the condition of socialism market economy system should actively implement human-oriented management, establishing the master's status for the staff workers and attaching more importance to the development of human quality by building a variety of incentive mechanism.
