摘    要:人的智能是多元的。我们应该从不同的视角、不同的层面去看待每个学生,善于发现他们的优势智能领域,选择有效的培养途径,运用科学的评价机制,使其优势智能领域的个性品质得到充分张扬,以促进学生的个性发展,并最大限度地发挥学生自身优势,帮助他们实现自我发展的最高目标。

Abstract:Modern education theories and psychology progresses have shown us that man's aptitude is pluralistic.So we should look on every student from different angles and different levels.Through discovering their different advantageous aptitude field,we can choose effective way for their training.By scientific evaluation mechanism,we can fully publicize their personal qualities in their advantageous aptitude field,and promote their personality development.It can help them to get to the final purpose of self-development by bringing their advantages into play.
