膜萃取法在TNT废水处理中的应用

摘    要:该文介绍了膜萃取技术处理TNT废水的方法。采用聚偏氟乙烯中空纤维膜器,以甲苯为萃取剂,对INT废水进行了萃取实验。结果表明,废水中INT的去除率可达到95%以上。通过与用煤油作为萃取剂用聚砜作为膜材料的萃取实验进行比较,说明聚偏氟乙烯膜器更为有效,工业化前景乐观。并对甲苯-TNT-水体系总传质系数及其影响因素的分析,得到了影响传质速率的主要因素。

Abstract:The membrane extraction technique used to dispose TNT waste water was introduced in this paper. PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) hollow fiber membrane module using toluene as extractant was used to treat TNT waste water. The experiment result shows that the removal rate of TNT in waste water is more than 95%.Compared with PSF (polysulfone) hollow fiber membrane module using kerosene as extractant, the PVDF module is more effective and has a bright future in the industrial application. In addition, the key factor effecting mass transfer velocity is obtained by analyzing the mass transport process of toluene TNT water system.
