| 摘 要： | 该文分析了ＦＭＳ刀具管理系统的功能需求，提出了刀具管理系统的功能模型，建立了刀具管理系统的ＩＤＥＦ０模型，论述了刀具管理支持系统的结构，对刀具管理策略、刀具数据库管理系统、图形库及其管理系统、集成通讯管理服务作了讨论。最后介绍了一个应用于长春ＦＭＳ实验系统的ＦＭＳ刀具管理系统的实例。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the function requirements of TMS are analyzed in detail, the function model of TMS is proposed, and the IDEF 0 model of TMS is set up. Based on those analyses, the structure of tool management support system is expounded. A concrete discussion is devoted to tool management strategy, tool data base management system, graph base and its management system, integration communication management services. Finally, an actual example of FMS tool management system is introduced, which was applied in Changchun FMS experiment system. |
