带尾翼高速射弹自然超空泡流特性研究

摘    要:为了获得良好的超空泡减阻效果,针对某30 mm带尾翼高速射弹,设计了其空化器结构参数,研究了尾翼射弹的空泡轮廓、射弹表面空泡厚度分布、运动攻角对其空泡形态的影响,计算了超空泡形态下不同攻角时带尾翼射弹的水动阻力、升力、稳定力矩等参数;对比研究了带尾翼高速射弹和普通射弹的运动稳定性,给出了2种射弹的摆动攻角曲线.研究结果表明,尾翼结构不改变射弹的超空泡形态参数,但影响其表面空泡厚度分布;尾翼结构对射弹的超空泡形态、阻力特性影响很小,可大大提高射弹的运动稳定性.

Abstract:In order to obtain the excellent drag-reduction performances of a high-speed supercavity projectile,several structure parameters of the cavitator are designed,and supercavitating flow characterics are analyzed for a 30 mm high-speed fin-stability projectile.The supercavitation performances are analyzed with the use of cavitation profiles,the projectile cavitation distribution,and the influences on angle of attack.The hydrodynamic parameters such as hydrodynamic drag,lift,stable moment of the projectile are ...
