轻型汽车车架动态有限元分析

摘    要:为了NJ1030系列某型车架改进需要,讨论了车架强度问题。采用构件装配方法建立车架三维模型,利用大型软件Ideas对NJ1030型车车架进行有限元建模。应用有限元对车架进行了动态分析,同时进行了车架的疲劳试验,并对试验 结果和计算结果进行了比较, 得到了车架应力、变形规律及动力特性。

Abstract:To improve some one of NJ 1 030 series frame,the frame intension matter was discussed.A NJ 1 030 vehicle frame 3 dimensional model was made by assembly.The finite element model of the light vehicle frame was made by large analysis program Ideas.The dynamic analysis of the frame was made by the finite element.Fatigue experimental analysis was carried out.The test results were compared with the calculated values.The frame stress,the deformation regulation and the dynamic property were obtained.
