| 摘 要： | 为了研究正态共轭参数先验分布和正态一逆Gamma共轭参数先验分布下产品质量特性的控制问题，应用贝叶斯统计推断方法，通过不同控制对象的预报分布密度函数，构造了方差已知时质量特性的贝叶斯均值控制图和方差未知时的贝叶斯均值一标准差控制图，结论表明：经典统计质量控制模型是贝叶斯质量控制模型的一类特殊情况。

| Abstract: | To explore the quality control problem for the product characteristics when the unknown parameters' prior distributions are the normal distribution or the normal inverted Gamma distribution,Bayesian methods are introduced.According to the predictive distribution density function of the objectives to be controlled,a class of process control charts are constructed,including Bayesian mean value control chart and Bayesian mean value standard deviation control chart.The results show that the quality charts based on classic statistical theory are a special of the Bayesian ones. |
