| 摘 要： | 本文研究了四扩束棱镜光栅系统的特性。导出了四扩束棱镜光栅组合谐振腔输出激光线宽的公式。理论和实验结果说明,用四扩束棱镜光栅腔可获得线宽小于0.01A的单模可调谐线偏振激光输出。

| Abstract: | Performances of the beam expanding four-prismgrating system are studied. The linewidth formula of the four-prismgrating resonator is derived. The single mode plane-palarizedlaser autput linewidth <0.01? (by means of the four-prism gratingresonator) is experimentally obtained. |
