摘    要:为了全面和客观地评估通信网各节点和链路的重要性,引入了归一化容量加权可靠性指标概念,并从通信网络总体及局部两个考察角度定义了指标,一个是研究网络全部节点之间可靠性的总容量归一化加权可靠性指标,另一个是只研究两指定节点间可靠性的最大容量归一化加权可靠性指标。研究出了求解网络全部路由的逻辑代数化计算方法,据此推出了适宜于计算机编程的可靠性指标计算的全套代数化计算方法,解决了人工计算繁琐的问题。以节点和链路失效对可靠性指标的影响程度作为评价标准,采取排序方法,实现了节点和链路重要性的客观评估。计算了一种典型拓扑结构通信网的可靠性指标,并从总体与局部角度分别得到网中各节点和链路重要性大小的排序结果。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the significance of each node and link of a communication network comprehensively and objectively, this paper introduces the concept of normalized reliability index weighted by capacity. The index is defined based on the whole and part of a communication respectivel. One is the normalized reliability index weighted by the total capacity of reliability between all nodes of a network and the other is the normalized reliability index weighted by the maximum capacity between two designated nodes. The logic algebraic algorithm of achieving all the routes of the network is studied, and the total algebraic algorithm of reliability index is derived, which is fit to design programs and avoids the heavy manual calculation. Taking the effect degree on the reliability index of the node and link invalidation as the evaluating rule, the objective evaluation of the significance of nodes and links is realized through aligning it in order. The reliability index of a communication network with typical topology structure is calculated in detail and the ordering result of the significance of nodes and links is obtained from the whole and part of the network respectively.
