摘    要:本文用等效起始扰动概念论述了被动控制的原理,即在发射过程中,使火箭的真实起始扰动与等致起始扰动的大小相等方向相反而实现被动控制的原理。文中具体推导了刚性发射架有效实现被动控制的条件,满足此条件便可使动不平衡的影响趋于消除。文中还综述了一般柔性发射架实现被动控制的可能性。

Abstract:This paper expounds the passive control with the aid of theconcept-equivalent initial disturbance, i. e. during the launching, the realinitial disturbance of the rocket should be made equal and opposite to theequivalent initial disturbance so that the passive control may be realized.The paper derived in detail the conditions for carrying out the passive con-torl over the launcher. If the conditions are reached the influence of dy-namic unbalance will be almost elimimated. The possibility to perform thepassive control over the general flexible launcher is also stated in the pe-per.
