高乙烯基溶聚丁苯橡胶硫化体系的研究

摘    要:该文研究了平衡硫化体系(EV)、传统硫化体系(CV)、半有效硫化体系(SEV)和有效硫化体系(EV)对锡偶联高乙烯基溶聚丁苯橡胶(HVSSBR)硫化胶性能的影响。结果表明:平衡硫化体系下HVSSBR具有较好的加工安全性,普通硫化体系具有较快的硫化速度。有效硫化体系的断裂伸长率、拉伸强度、撕裂强度、耐磨性、抗热氧老化性能最好。有效硫化体系能赋予胶料较好的物理机械性能和动态力学性能。

Abstract:In order to study the effect of different vulcanization systems on the properties of high-vinyl solution styrene butadiene rubber(HVSSBR),the HVSSBR is cured with equilibrium cure(EC),conventional vulcanization(CV),semi-efficient vulcanization(SEV) and efficient vulcanization(EV) systems.The HVSSBR cured with EC has better processing safety while HVSSBR cured with CV has faster curing velocity.The elongation at break,tensile strength and tearing strength of the HVSSBR cured with EV system are the best.The HVSSBR cured with EV system possesses best physical mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties.
