二维注塑充模过程有限分析解

摘    要:温度与压力的分布是影响注塑成型的很重要的因素,在充模过程中正确预测温度与压力的分布是注塑成型的关键性技术之一。该文以注塑模型中聚合物的流变行为的理论入手,根据流变学原理及粘弹性力学理论,建立了聚合物熔体在簿缝型内流动的压力方程和温度方程,推导出注塑成型充填过程的有限分析解;对两浇口同时进浇的二维矩形充填过程进行了模拟,现有文献中的实验结果相比较,模拟结果与实验结果一致,结果证明文中建立的方程有限分

Abstract:The distributions of pressure and temperature play an important role in injection molding. The accurate prediction of the distribution is one of key techniques in injection molding. With better understanding of the principle of flowing process and the viscoelastic stress theory,the pressure equation and the temperature equation for the flowing polyester were put forward in this paper. And a new numerical method called the Finite Analytic Method for solving partial differential equations is employed in flow simulation of injection molding. Filling a multiple gated rectangular cavity is simulated in this paper. The simulation result agrees with the result from literature. It proves that the equations and finite analytic solution are right.
