半导体桥对粒状炸药的微对流传热数值模拟

摘    要:该文用气固两相流理论研究半导体桥使奥克托今炸药受热发火的微对流传热过程,建立了数值计算的数学模型,并采用MacCormack差分格式进行了数值模拟计算。计算结果说明硅蒸汽冷凝释放潜热在使炸药受热时起主要作用。

Abstract:In this paper the gas solid two phase theory is employed to study the microconvective heating of granuler explosive (HMX) by a semiconductor bridge.The mathematical model of numerical simulation is presented.The MacCormack difference pattern is used to make the numerical simulation.The results of numerical simulation proved that heat deposition by phase change of silicon vapor plays a major part in heating explosive.The effect of initial silicon vapor cloud radius,thickness of SCB,packing density and initial cocentration of condensible in the vapor cloud are analysed.
