| 摘 要： | 在柔性制造系统(FMS)的工件装卸站进行待加工工件识别对保证FMS正常可靠运行有重要意义。该文讨论了一种以机器视觉为基础的工件识别装置,它利用边缘作为特征,采用局部特征匹配技术,再配以适合工业现场使用的硬件系统,完成了一个用于BQ-FMS的工件识别装置的研制工作。试验及现场使用都表明该装置能满足实时性和可靠性要求。
