身管弯曲度测量方法的研究

摘    要:该文利用光电位置传感器,半导体激光器,数据采集卡及计算机等组成的检测系统对身管弯曲度进行了测量。多次重复伯结果表明,该方法与以往人工读数方法相比具有测量精度高,测量处理速度快,自动化程度高,安装调试简单等优点。

Abstract:In this paper, measurement of non straightness of barrels is given out by using the system made up of photo electrical position sensor PSD (position sensitive device), semiconductor laser, data acquisitive card and microcomputer. The repeated experiments proved this method, compared with the conventional manual data acquisition, has higher accuracy(<0.1mm), greater speed of measurement and process, more automatic, simpler fixation and adjustment, etc. The detailed principle of tangent method of 3D curvature and the ways to improve accuracy are also discussed. In the end, the measurement results of non straightness of barrel with 37mm inside diameter are provided as well.
