光互连中一种基于基本条纹衍射的全息图生成方法

该文以光互连中探测平面（像平面）的多光点分布为例，提出一种无傅里叶变换透镜的光互连方法。该方法采用面向衍射的基本条纹生成方法，用小波变换法计算光栅的基本条纹，给出了条纹函数和物理上可用的条纹模式，最后用该条纹实现了水平方向的一对多点的光互连。在该方法中每一基本条纹的空间频率是特定的，因而衍射角是确定的，为光互连的精确定位提供了条件。
