火炮身管振动吸振的原理与实验研究

摘    要:为减小炮口振动,提高射击精度,提出了采用“吸振”措施消减身管炮口振动的思想。应用假设振型法,对炮口有无吸振器情形下炮口的响应进行了一般分析,并考虑了后座复进运动,建立了吸振的数学模型,初步证实采用吸振是可以抑制炮口振动的。模拟射击实验证明,在炮口处安装吸振器后,其振动幅值消减50 % 。理论研究还表明,虽然火炮身管振动的频率成分丰富,但其主要成分为一阶频率,吸振器的设计必须依此进行。

Abstract:A method of absorbing barrel vibration is introduced in this paper,in order to reduce vibration of muzzle and enhance firing precision. The responses of muzzle with and without an absorber have been studied with assumption vibration mode method ,meanwhile, backseat and recoil movements are also considered, and absorbing models are established. It is confirmed that the method of absorbing is feasible, and simulation test also draws the conclusion that the amplitude peak of barrel vibration is canceled about 50% by setting an absorber on the muzzle.Theoretic studies also testify that the main component is the first vibration mode though there are many frequency components. The design of absorbers must comply with this rule.
