| 摘 要： | 研究在同一光学谐振腔内设置多个电极对，产生多光脉冲输出的ＴＥＡＣＯ＿２激光器中弧光放电对输出稳定性的影响。在此基础上，讨论如何提高器件输出稳定性的方法及措施。
