超细无机粉体的水中分散研究综述

摘    要:叙述表面活性剂对超细无机粉体水中分散的3 个步骤(润湿、分散、稳定)的影响,重点解释分散稳定机理与分散剂的作用,并介绍表面活性剂的分子结构与分散性的关系。具体列出了用于无机粉体水浆料的3 种类型分散剂(无机型、有机型、高分子型),初步讨论了分散剂的使用情况( 最佳分散剂用量、固含量与最佳分散剂用量关系、粒径与分散剂用量关系) 。

Abstract:Effects of surfactants on three dispersion steps (wetting, dispersion, stabilization)during the dispersion of ultrafine inorganic powders in water is described, especially the mechanisms of dispersion stabilization and the function of dispersants in dispersion stabilization. The relation between molecular structures of surfactants and dispersity is also introduced. Three types of dispersants in inorganic powders aqueous slurries (inorganic type, organic type and macromolecule type) are listed. The amount of dispersant is preliminarily discussed (the optimum amount of dispersant,the relation between solid content and the optimum amount of dispersant and the relation between particle size and dispersant content).
