泡沫型多孔介质等效导热系数的计算

摘    要:该文根据泡沫状多孔材料的结构特点,建立了一种简化的单元体模型,利用最小热阻法分别导出连通孔型多孔材料气固两相的综合导热系数、辐射等效导热系数和材料总等效导热系数的计算公式。将计算结果与不同来源的实验数据进行比较,结果表明,公式计算值与相应材料的实验值有较好的一致性,同时合理反映出热辐射在多孔介质传热中的重要作用。该文所得计算公式简单方便,具有一定实用价值。

Abstract:Based on the structure feature of porous material with foam form, a simplified element model is set up. The calculation formula for the combined thermal conductivity of gas phase and solid phase, the equivalent thermal conductivity for radiation and total effective thermal conductivity of porous materials with connected hole foam are derived by the least heat resistance principle. As compared with the experimental data from different sources, the calculation results by formula have better agreement with those by experiment,and reasonably reveal important effect of heat radiation on the porous medium heat transfer. It is simple and convenient to use the formula given in this paper,and the formula is of certain value.
