静态计量方式的微机控制配料系统精度控制

摘    要:从分析静态计量方式的微机控制配料系统的工作原理入手,指出影响配料系统精度的误差因素主要是落料误差、称量误差和累积误差。采用基于系统数学模型的给料误差补偿算法来降低落料误差,同时通过传感器、测量电路、秤斗安装等硬件措施和软件滤波、非线性修正、软件动态去皮等软件措施来降低称量误差,采用自动补偿算法降低累积误差。运行结果表明:微机控制配料系统某通道配比误差由1.2%降低到0.6%。

Abstract:The proportioning process of the static-weighting microcomputer-controlled proportioning system determines that the proportioning errors comprise material dropping error, weighting error and accumulated error. Compensating algorithms for the feeding error based on a mathematical model are employed to decrease the dropping error. Measures concerning sensor selection,circuit measurement,hopper installation, and software filtering, nonlinear corrections are taken to reduce the weighting error. Compensating algorithms for the proportioning error are applied to lower the accumulated error. Applications in a cement plant show that certain channel's proportioning error reduced from 1.2 % to 0.6 %.
