炮尾炮闩机构装配体有限元分析

摘    要:火炮构件有限元分析的传统方法是对单件进行建模分析 ,不能准确地对炮尾炮闩多零件装配体力学行为进行模拟。该文针对火炮炮尾炮闩机构提出了对其进行装配体有限元分析的方法和建模原理。利用接触元、间隙元和弹簧元等特殊单元 ,对某大口径火炮的炮尾 -闩体 -曲臂机构进行了闭锁状态下装配体有限元建模和分析。为火炮炮尾炮闩设计提供了一个更有效实用的结构校核手段

Abstract:The traditional practice of finite element analysis of gun components was on the basis of single part,it cannot accurately simulate the mechanics behavior of some gun components with multiple parts such as breech mechanism.The principle and methodology of assembly level finite element modeling and analysis of gun breech mechanism were put forward in this paper.A finite element modeling and analysis of the assembly of a breech mechanism in locking condition was carried out with special finite element techniques such as contact element, gap element and spring element.Those yield a more effective means for the evaluation of strength and stiffness design of gun breech mechanism.
