2-RUUS机构性能分析与仿真

摘    要:对新的2-RUUS机构进行机构位形分析,给出机构坐标系建立方式以及机构间各种尺寸关系的计算公式,利用虚设机构法求出偏心盘半径为8 cm和12 cm时机构的加速度性能图谱,最后利用OpenGL,在VC编程环境下给出机构的实体仿真,并得出了实体仿真加速度曲线,验证了前面的虚设机构法得出的性能指标图谱的正确性。

Abstract:2-RUUS mechanism's configuration is analysed, then the mechanism's coordinate system is established, and the formula relation of the mechansirn's size is given. By virtual mechanism method, 2-RUUS mechanism's acceleration performance atlas is drawn when the value of eccentric disk radius is proved to be 8 cm and 12 cm separately. By using OpenGL, the mecha- nism's entity simulation is given and the acceleration performance atlas is got. The result of simulation verifies the correctness of the acceleration performance atlas got by virtual mechanism method.
