摘    要:采用微电解 -催化氧化 -飞灰吸附法处理活性染料生产废水 ,处理结果表明 ,当进水 COD的质量浓度为 2 1 5 8~ 5 82 0 mg/L,色度为 86 0 0~ 2 5 0 0 0倍时 ,出水 COD的质量浓度为 1 0 8~ 1 88mg/L ,色度为 1 0~ 30倍 ,去除率分别为 95 .0 %~ 96 .8%和99.9%。主要水质指标达到了 GB8978— 1 996《污水综合排放标准》中染料工业的二级标准

Abstract:Using microeleccrolysis catalyzed oxidation flyash absorption processes to treat the wastewater discharged from active dyestuff production has been conducted.The results of the treatment show that,when influent COD is 2158~5820 mg/L and colourity is 8600~25000 times,the effluent COD is 108~188 mg/L and colourity is 10~30 times,therefore,95.0%~96.8% of COD removal rate and 99.9% of decolorization rate are reached respectively.The effluent quality index could come up to second level standard of dyestuff production in 《Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard》GB8978 1996.
