摘    要:将磁场作用于陶瓷膜过滤电解质溶液体系,改变水溶液中离子的水合状态,磁场对膜通量没有影响,但可以提高过滤电解质溶液时的离子透过率;磁场作用方向和膜面流速的改变对离子透过率的影响不明显;增大磁感应强度、提高电解质溶液的浓度、减小膜孔径时,磁场对过滤过程的影响作用更明显。采用膜过滤的方法清洗颗粒表面的离子时,加入磁场的作用可以提高离子洗涤的速度,且颗粒浓度比较低时,清洗速度加快。

Abstract:Magnetic field was applied in ceramic membrane filtration of electrolytical solution.The effect on the ion permeation ratio were investigated.As for sodium chloride solution,the permeate flux were not changed with magnetic filed,but the ion permeate ratio increased in filtration process.The magnetic pole direction and increasing cross-flow velocity didn't influence the separation performance.The effect of magnetic field on the sodium chloride filtration increased with increasing magnetic field strength,solution concentration and decreasing membrane pore size.The ion permeate ratio of calcium chloride solution and sodium sulfate solution also increased under magnetic field.The magnetic field assisted filtration could increase the rate of cleaning ion especially for that of the lower particle concentration.
