| 摘 要： | 对科技计划项目管理的电子信息化实现进行了研究,采用J2EE技术、SSH框架来提升系统的性能,建立了“科技计划项目网上管理中心”,实现协同式政务处理.“科技计划项目网上管理中心”系统的使用,为科技计划项目管理的公开、公正、科学、高效提供技术支撑.

| Abstract: | The electronic information management of scientific projects is researched into based on J2EE and the advanced Struts＋Spring＋ Hibernate integration framework to improve the performance of the system. ＂The Science and Technology Plan Projects Online Management Center＂ is established, so collaborative government process could be realized. This system provides technical support for open, fair, scientific and efficient management of the science and technology plan projects. |
