航空煤油中微生物污染及防治

摘    要:微生物对飞机油箱的腐蚀破坏严重,甚至导致油箱穿孔漏油,严重危害人身安全。通过对航空煤油中的微生物进行分离纯化,研究了微生物的种类和主要危害菌类及微生物对飞机油箱的腐蚀机理,并提出了有效的防治措施。研究表明,航空煤油中污染微生物的种类主要有真菌、细菌和放线菌,其会引起管路堵塞和腐蚀穿孔。

Abstract:The damage of microbial corrosion of aircraft fuel tank is serious and even lead to perforation of oil spills and seriously endanger the personal safety. In this paper, micro-organisms for aviation kerosene were isolated and purified to study the types of microbes and microbial fungi and the corrosion mechanism to aircraft fuel tank, then put forward effective control measures. Studies show that microbial contamination of aviation kerosene by the main types of fungi, bacteria and actinomyeetes cause pipeline plugging and corrosion perforation.
