| 摘 要： | 通过选用新型絮凝剂ＣＰ－９１１，优化了青霉素发酵液的过滤工艺，提高了滤液质量，使滤液透光率平均由１２．６１％提高至２０．３４％，减轻了萃取时的乳化现象，萃取收率提高了１．４７％

| Abstract: | By selecting the new flocculent CP911,the process of filtration of penicillin fermentation broth is optimized,the transparency of filtrated broth is increased from 12.61% to 20.34%,and the emulsification in extraction is reduced,the recovery rate of extraction is increased by 1.47%. |
