光纤光栅温度补偿实验研究

摘    要:分析了光纤布拉格光栅对温度和应变传感的响应机制,对光纤布拉格光栅传感中的应变和温度交叉敏感问题进行了讨论,在此基础上提出了采用参考光栅实现光纤布拉格光栅应变传感时的温度补偿的基本原理和方法,并通过实验进行了验证。理论和实验均证明,与其他温度补偿方法相比,笔者提出的参考光栅温度补偿法原理简单,补偿效果好。

Abstract:The response mechanism of fiber grating to temperature and strain is analyzed.The principle of cross-sensitivity of temperature and strain of fiber Bragg grating sensors is described.The temperature compensation of FBGs sensors for strain measurement is realized using reference fiber Bragg grating,which is studied experimentally in this paper.The experiment results and theory indicate that the method of reference fiber Bragg grating is very simple in principle,and has more accurate sensitivity.
