双脉冲编码器进加退减原理及程序实现方法

摘    要:在钢卷开平定长剪切的应用中,为了解决钢卷长度在钢卷相对于剪刀前进时加长、后退时减长的目的,首先要选用高精度的双脉冲编码器来计量钢卷走过的长度,并且要从双脉冲编码器发出的两路脉冲中,判断出编码器是正转还是反转,从而决定所接收到的脉冲应该是加长,还是应该减长,只有这样,才能实现钢卷开平定长剪切的飞剪设计。

Abstract:In the application on shearing machine of steel reel spread flat and fixed length,in order to solve the problem that the length of steel reel becomes longer when the steel is forward and becomes shorter when the steel reel is backward corresponding to the shears, the positive or negative rotation of coder should firstly be determined from the two pulses created by the bi-pulse coder,thus,the design of flying shears can be implemented in the steel reel spread flat and fixed length.
