铜锰氧化物水煤气变换催化剂的进一步研究

摘    要:进一步研究了铜锰氧化物变换催化剂的制备工艺。考察了氧化程度、助剂加入量以及助剂之间的比例对催化剂性能的影响。实验结果表明,铜锰氧化物有一最佳氧化态,在该状态下催化剂的活性、热稳定性均达到最佳值,并且制备方法简单、易洗涤。同时,澄清了不同研究者对铜锰氧化物晶相结构的不一致意见。

Abstract:The preparing process of copper-manganese oxide catalyst for water gas shift is further studied. The effects Of oxidizability, the adding amount of promoter and the proportion between the promoters on the characteristics of the catalyst are investigated. The experimental results indicate that the copper-manganese oxide appears in an optimal oxidizability, and during this state,the activity and the thermal stability of catalyst reach an optimum value. The preparing process is simple and the product is washed easily. The different points of view on the crystal structure of the copper-manganese Oboe are clarified.
