窄线宽光纤激光器温度调谐研究

摘    要:通过研究热调谐与窄线宽光纤激光器波长的变化关系,实验发现光纤激光器的输出激光波长随温度连续变化,输出功率略有波动,从光谱仪上没有观察到跳模现象。跟踪几个温度点观察测量的自外差谱线,发现谱线的3dB带宽的变化小于1kHz,以光纤光栅标准具为主要选模器件构成的光纤激光器显示出了优良的光谱性能以及波长稳定性。

Abstract:For the relationship of wavelength change of narrow linewidth fiber laser and thermal tuning, experiments present that laser wavelength continuously change when the temperature changes, and the output power is undulating slightly, and mode hopping is not observed on the spectrometer. Self heterodyne of some temperature spots was measured, and the change of 3 dB band width is smaller than 1 kHz. Excellent spectrum properties and wavelength stability of fiber laser selected by fiber grating etalon are demonstrated.
