| Abstract: | Citric acid fermentation process is a nonlinear, big inertia and uncertain process. According to these features, the paper introduces PID control and Fuzzy control, and mainly discusses Fuzzy PID control. The simulation result shows that Fuzzy PID control is an effective control method. |
