摘    要:将企业营销组织管理风险归纳为营销逆境、营销波动和营销失误三大类,建立了企业营销组织预警管理指标体系,着重给出了主观指标的获取方法,并根据实际数据做了简单应用

Abstract:The risk of enterprise marketing organization is summarized into 3 types of marketing adverse circumstance,marketing fluctuation and marketing error.It sets up forewarning management index system of enterprise marketing organization,emphatically points out the winning way of the subjective index and makes simple application by the practical data.
