摘    要:为分析轴载和层间粘结程度对水泥路面荷载应力的影响,在基层和面层之间设置了反映层间粘结程度的接触单元,进而建立了车辆荷载作用下的水泥混凝土路面三维数值模型。利用模型分析了:1)标准轴载下层间粘结状态对水泥路面面层和基层应力的影响;2)轴载对水泥路面荷载应力的影响。结果表明:1)随着层间粘结程度增加,水泥路面板底拉应力减小,基层底拉应力增加,但基层底拉应力不大;2)随着轴载增加,水泥路面板底拉应力增加。随着粘结程度增加,板底拉应力增长速率越来越低;3)在超载条件下,综合考虑荷载应力和温度应力,层间完全粘结更有利于水泥混凝土路面板承载。

Abstract:To analyze the effects of axle load and interlayer bonding on the load stress of concrete pavement,the contact elements to reflect the state of interlayer bonding are applied within rigid base and concrete pavement,and three dimensional numerical model of concrete pavement under the vehicle loads is set up.Then the model is used to research the effects of interlayer bonding on the load stress of rigid base and concrete pavement under standard axle load and those of axle load on loading stress of concrete pavement.The results including: 1) With increasing interlayer bonding,the tensile stress at the bottom of concrete pavement decreases,while the tensile stress at the bottom of rigid base slightly increases.2) With axle load increasing,the tensile stress at the bottom of concrete pavement increases.And with increasing interlaying bonding,increasing velocity of the tensile stress at the bottom of concrete pavement greatly decreases.3) Under the conditions of overloading,interlayer bonding is more advantageous for concrete pavement with load stress and temperature stress.
