| 摘 要： | 研究分析了中国交通规划的特点和国外交通规划环境影响评价的指标体系后,提出了建立中国交通规划环境影响评价指标体系的基本思路和程序以及准则,并以某省高速公路网规划为例进行规划环境影响评价的指标体系研究,并建立了相应的指标体系。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the characteristic of transport planning in China and the indicators system for strategic environmental assessment of transport planning in other countries,the author recommended the idea,procedure and rule for establishing indicators system.A case study on SEA for a freeway network planning and assessment indicators system was also presented. |
