对涤纶中长纤维抗静电剂的研究

摘    要:着重研究了用阴离子型、阳离子型、非离子型和高分子化合物型抗静电剂对绦纶中长纤维进行表面处理后的抗静电效果,并对不同浓度抗静电剂的抗静电效果进行了比较,同时还进行了部分抗静电剂的耐水洗试验。所选4种抗静电剂均有抗静电效果,其中高分子化合物型抗静电剂抗静电效果和耐水洗性均好。

Abstract:We lay emphasis on the study of the antistatic effects after the surface treat- ment for PET mid fibre using antistatic agents such as anion,positive ion,non-ionic and macromolecular compound types.And compare with the antistatic effects of the agents with different concentration,and at the same time,we carry on some wash-resistance tests.All the four types of antistatic agents are effective.The antistatic effect and the characteristics Of wash-resistance of the macromolecular compound type agent are fine.
